Well a great weekend at POPRA even if I did not race. Just glad to see the races and get offshore for a few days. I ran patrol boat for the race. Not my plans for this years event but at least I was involved. I hope you all had a great weekend. :)

It's day by day on keeping her. I don't know about your area but the Real Estate industry here is f'd up big time. Lending is changing almost daily, banks going out of business on and on. Doing everything I can to keep my store open. Many of my friends are out of work already!

Anyone know the staus of my Y2K? I want it back, now I live withing walking distance to the Oceanside Marina.... Just kidding of course about the boat but it is a bummer living this close to the beach and not having my Y2K. Well maybe another in the near future. I hope all you guys are doing well.

The boat is up near Philly now. Someone told me they saw it on the Northern Chesapeake recently.
