I went to home depot yesterday and picked up some plastic nylon sleves and washers for the 3/8 bolts and I'll sentd them to JC see if he can use them...

Bob and I were discussing the incerts today. Nylon, teflon or something along that line.
Anyhow, heres the hatch sitting on Babi.

More questions/suggestions. Can you have access to open the hatch from behind the seat so the top is as clean looking as it is in the pics?
