If it really gets that mileage, then it is not pulling it very fast.
A friggin freightliner delivery truck with a 4cyl mercedes diesel doesn't even get that good. And they weigh next to nothing when they are empty. There is a piece of the story missing somewhere. over the road truck loaded gets under 10, no reason to think something smaller with efficient mercedes motor wouldnt get twice that!?!?! |

Put the 400 cat in it and it will pull a dump truck and every possible thing you want in it at the same time, but it gets 5. Same reason that international pickup truck is a POS except fo the fact that it looks cool. No power in it. That was my only point. I think it is a good idea, but there is no way that it is a price justification over your ford. No possible way to do the math. I have done this for work purposes also, when I used to travel a lot and wanted an RV to work out of. You just have to admit to yourself that you just want it so you can be the big balla. What's for dinnier, Anyone hungry. I am starved. |

If the Hauler has good brakes and does not need rubber you could get a full return in a few months.
It's an awesome deal though if it is work ready. |

What about the insurance, DOT inspection, and all the other epensive things that it doesn't list having been done to it recently.
It's an awesome deal though if it is work ready. That rig could bring in around 10K a week with a good two man crew. |
