Plenty of boat parking, and I have a ramp in the neighborhood for parking the trailer and truck.

Listing agreement is up on this house on the 31st. I am going to try and run it for first 3 weeks of june FSBO and then find another realtor.

If there are no realtor comissions, I will let go at $167,000. Tell your friends.

Price is way back of market.
