You know who to go see if you really want to sell it. If you are going to be a tightazz about commission then keep paying property taxes and Hoa dues and insurance month after month. :drink: :drink: :drink:

Thats a beautiful house. If Jenni did not want to live in the heights i would buy it today:D considering its 1k sqft more than we just put an offer in for at the same price.

Sell it as listed if you want to get paid a comission. If you were half the realtor your mother is you would sell it as listed and negotiate a bigger comission. You TOOL
