Why can't they just be honest with the customer? I know some customers aren’t real truthful but not all start the hand shake with a lie.

Finally decided to get a real truck and stopped by Tomball Dodge. The sales person said all Diesels truck are 10K off sticker. Includes all factory rebates. I find one I like and make a deal with them, no haggle, just straight up deal. They want to run a credit check and I tell them I will just write a check from my bank. He says OK… when do I want to pick it up? Thursday evening I said, go by and everything changes because I am not financing it with them. He tells me they aren’t making any money if I don’t finance with them. They make all their money on the backend…..I tell him I’m not gonna take it the back-end so he can make money on the financing. So I leave…pissed waste of time…so now I hunting again….Off my soap box now…..Any know of a Dodge Dealer that wants to sell a truck?

The dealer asks that if they matched would I still buy from them? I told them more than likely not as I was already there Thursday to make the deal. Said good-bye....20min later they called and dropped the price another $500 if I made the deal with them.....Well I have a new 07 6.7 Cummins 3500 w/6speed auto, LoneStar sitting in my drive way. Sticker was$42905.00, wrote check for 34903.00 includes TT&L. If they would have just made the deal Thursday they would have made $500.00 more....:D
