He could buy loew's boat and take all the fuel he will waste going to Dallas to look at that little boat, and fill up this big one.

spk1 02-07-2008 01:14 PM

That baja is a hell of a boat for 69k, 38 special fits in a different category than the other bajas, because of its large cabin, coupled with its performance ability. But I do say "that baja" (Joes), because it is the only boat, that I have seen (with my own eyes) gone through with a fine tooth comb, and anything in question replaced with new, ie. compass had a scratch,, brand new one installed in its place, engines were gone thru by a mercruiser certified mechanic, you can not get a better survey and check out than joe put that baja through even on a new boat. I understand cutting prices by 10-15k on boats that you are unsure of, and have an unproven or unknown maintanence history, but this one is pretty solid.

Got the exhaust on the Magnum last night.

Now I just have to get the sea water pump, alternator, and figure out the damb power steering and water circulation.

Yeah some vinyl would really do some good. If I kept the boat I would go with a different sceme.

Hey guys,

Jenni and i would love to have all of you come to the Wedding reception, but after finding out that my dad has cancer we have decided to just keep it to family. He will be pretty sick with the amount of chemo he is getting, so we are just trying to stay low key and enjoy our time with him.

Just wanted to let everyone Know that so yall don't think we forgot about ya'll.

Most probably we will try to have a crawfish boil soon after with all our friends.

I think his point is>>> What the boat is worth(hard numbers).

But hes your bro so,you know him better than me:D

wstultz 02-08-2008 10:51 AM

That is a sweet overnighter! HHMMMMMM.

wstultz 02-08-2008 10:52 AM

The boat is worth what someone will pay. Considering that is the lowest price on the market and probably the cleanest, I'd say she is priced where she should be.

It does not give any value to the genset, trailer, etc. It also talks about adding 15-20% if it is in excellent condition. Which I would consider thid boat in excellent condition. So that is why I asked.

wstultz 02-08-2008 10:56 AM

Is that a TOPPS emblem on the side of the arch?

Wade is right its only worth what someone will pay and most people get an idea of what to start at with NADA.
You may have to sit on it for a while,But once it starts to get warm it should fly out the door.
I think the 4 bolsters add some to it.:party-smiley-004:
