If I was a guy who was about to get married, loved old school wave crushers,, but wanted to be the sensible family man,, then I would probably be looking at this boat.

It is time to discuss key west. I think kim and I are going to fly directly into Key West on the Wednesday before and fly out on Monday. This adds about 300.00 to the air fair which sucks. But it will give us two extra nights in Key West. And no car to rent. Thoughts?
Hotel needs to be on the South end with Duval and everything else. This was one of the things that could have made the last trip better if we would have been in the middle of everything. Many of the hotels are full so I will probably set this trip up in the next day or so. Does anyone have an opinion or do we all just do our own deal? |

Good Morning,
Please be aware that as of August 15th, the airlines may require travelers to provide Date of Birth and gender information before boarding. The TSA has stated that the program will not be fully in place until 2010. They are implementing this process for Domestic carriers anytime starting on or after 8.15.09 and will continue with International carriers. It is important to note that there will be no public announcement by TSA or the airline as to the effective date for each airline for "public security". Because of that, Travizon's approach is to mirror the 8.15.09 ability to store and transmit the data for the convenience of the traveler. We are in the final stages of preparing our systems to accommodate that. We do encourage you to start communicating the importance of your travelers updating their profiles so Travizon can capture this information. You do have the choice to provide this information upon check in at the airport. You will soon see fields in the traveler profiles where the Date of Birth and Gender may be added. If you currently transmit employee information via datafeed to Travizon, you will have the option of either adding this information to the feed (please contact me for more information on the process), or advising travelers to add and save this information into their profiles on their own. If an airline goes "live" with TSA and the Secure Flight Passenger data was not collected during the booking process, they will simply be required to provide at check-in to clear receiving a boarding pass. Travelers in that case are urged to allow extra time at the airport. <http://www.travizon.com/travelalert/SecureFlight.pdf> As always, do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. Kind Regards, CATE M. HINKO Director, Account Services T: 803.240.7068 mobile E: [email protected] |

Joe,
What was the cost of the flight per person? I could have made the trip cheaper by taking longer flights ect. I just went with what I thought was the best. The hotel is also on the higher side but I wanted to be near duval street. I think we can see the races from the hotel. I did not get the ocean room so that will be up to one of the high rollers. Price went up in the middle of booking and what I originally wanted is no longer available so if you guys want in on the same flights you might un azz the money:evilb: |

First major air pollution episode of the summer for the Northeast U.S.
New England is currently experiencing a far more deadly weather event than a direct hit by Hurricane Bill would likely bring--a large dome of high pressure. The reason? The high pressure system camped over the Northeast U.S. has brought hot temperatures, stagnant air, and the summer's first major air pollution episode. The event started on Sunday, when a high pressure system with light winds moved over the eastern U.S., limited mixing and leading to stagnation and a buildup of pollutants. Mostly sunny skies and high temperatures also enhanced formation of ground-level ozone gas, a dangerous pollutant. Furthermore, southerly winds brought high humidity into the Northeast, which is conducive to particle pollution formation in the atmosphere. Particle pollution is the most deadly form of air pollution in the U.S. The poor air quality led to issuance of air quality advisories and action days on Monday in more than 30 cities, including New York City, NY; Newark, NJ; Providence, RI; and Portland, ME. |
