Call BS on that.

I think you can safely say that that crack, along with the others was not caused by impact, but rather by stress from rough water.

If an anchor has hit it it would have a hole or puncture in the impact area. It clearly has a crack all the way through the bulkhead. Most likely caused by a sideways landing or some serious wave jumping. I think you need pass on that one.

Did you see all the other cracks in the deck of that boat?

Im not thinking about buying it. I just saw it when surfing ebay. I have a few other boats on my mind. 25AT,26 prowler,28 sonic that would need a procharger,26 or 28 donzi.
