I don't blame you. I would see if Ford will work with you because of that. Maybe they would be willing to extend your warranty for free to keep you as a customer, especially since you purchase their high end trucks. This may work for both of you. I would ask for a full extended service warranty for no charge. It would be a good investment for them to keep you as a customer. This should also include free towing if it should ever happen again.

Has anyone used a chip yet on the 6.4's? Do they even have a chip out yet? I have been looking at a 350 dually and I know the chip in our 7.3 helped the milage and was just wondering.

YES www.innovativediesel.com ask for Eric or Ted. As their tunes throughout the year get tweaked they will email to you at nc. I have used them on all my 6.0, and 2 have over 125k.

Finally bought my new truck. Mat and Sanders Ford were great. 08 FX4 they are even installing the moonroof there. Now I have to fly down and pick it up. I'll put some pics in when I get it home. Probably wil not use it until summer. I'm not going to plow with this truck so I'll finish my contracts with my 03. Anyone looking for an 03 6.0L diesel. Crew Cab Centenial Edition. Lariat, Moonroof 2 tone leather 9' fisher mm. 200,000 miles. Exc. condition

Wow!

Whatever you guys do don't buy the '03 6.0 Ford. It's the worst year for the truck. They are junk!

I would say the mileage on your truck will shut the naysayers up huh?

we still have in service an 04 F350 dually with 152-153k on it. Been an excellent truck. they all start as my personal truck then either one of the employees/friends buys them or gets traded in. The 07 Duramax as of last week is in service now, and my 07 F350 dually is possibly next, or one of the OSO'rs that called wants it before it gets traded by Jan 07, my 08 will be here, doing paperwork Monday for this years write off.

I actually will hate to see it go. It has been the best vehicle I've ever had. I usually trade at 100K or a little over, but it's been so good I decided to keep running it. I hope the new one is as good.

I knew you had good luck with them Jass. Just like Screamin', my '03 has been the best truck I've ever owned. First Ford too I might add.

But, I don't want to jump off of anyone's bandwagon and go against the grain or anything. Whatever you guys do, don't buy one!!!!
