The only difference I could see was 0 boost at 60 and 15 PSI at 70. I could not believe the difference. I was not carrying a load while I was making these measurements. I am going to have to ask my dealer if you can program the turbo to reduce the boost if you are cruising.
I don't know about Ford overhead mpg computers but my Dodge LIE-o-meter shows at least 3mpg more than my caveman calculations. I also find I get much better mpg at and below 2000rpm. Are the Powerstrokes the same?

I know on one of my 08 6.4 duallies with 3.73 gear 2000rpm or 70mpg on freeway the lie-o-meter shows 15.6.. hand calculated its slightly higher.. Now in mostly town I aveage 13.3-13.6 and its slightly lower when hand calculated.. so go figure.. When towing the NT at 70mph to a PR... I averaged 8.2-8.4.. hand calculated was 8.6-8.8.. So any freeway long distance appears to work on the lie-o-meter on my truck.

Jass, if you are saying all 7 never had any problems, you are very lucky. Folks I know that bought them when they came out were not. A lot of computer problems. My 7.3 is old but its dependable.

The 6.7 is very quiet. The Hushpower muffler will make it even quieter. My 5.9 is pretty loud but I love that Cummins growl. Speaks power to the masses.

Cool.. and the matching paint ya'll did looks real good when towing the boat. That 07 had the intake, 3.5 down pipe, no cat into duals, and a SCT programmer. I miss the power vs my 08 which is stock.

Ive ordered a 11 F350.. Got then same trade in price if anyone is interested on my 08. 36k was trade in, so 36299 straight to Henderson Ford when my truck comes in. This truck is completely stock with no mods and will have approx 41-42k when new truck comes in. Thanks Jeff
