My son's friend is a ford diesel mechanic for a big dealership. He said he has seen very few new motor problems.

If true this is just an isolated area and very few engines in the grand scheme.

The BP is uncalled for..seafood is great here..its like saying I want to ***** slap OBAMA and all the Dems for getting us in this bind..

BUT..to answer your Q's. I have 86k on my 14 month old 2011 F250 and 29304 on my personal 2011 350..Not one problem..Best all around trucks that we have owned. I also have a 2011 2500 Duramax, (partners truck) same thing, great performer.

Maybe a lot guys are unaware of this, and are changing those fuel rails, as were stated above.
Yup, I know one of the diesel techs down here personally at a dealer... said very few 6.7's have come in, mostly for just update flash etc and normal maintenance etc. We have them in fam, friends do, some already with nice amount of mileage... not a single problem.

Let's see though, friends 1st 6.7 Megacab had engine replaced and eventually truck was lemon lawed, his current 6.7 Megacab had the turbo fail among other issues, has an order in for an new one. His 5.9HO Mega was great, no issues even when modded... hoewever then your stuck with a great engine in a complete pos truck that feels like it would rattle itself apart, talk about poor fit/finish on the previous HD Rams.
