Pull it? Yes.....well or safely?No. 9-10K max for a 1/2 ton and even that is borderline.

I once had 35k behind my Duramax, 1/2 mile down a deserted country road. Load way back for proper tongue weight, 20mph. Was one of those one time emergency deals, not even close to safe. Anyway truck pulled it pretty easy but the trailer was definitely driving even at 10mph. No way to stop or turn safely. Just an blatant example of pulling vs safely towing.
