Finally, after three weeks, the trailer is fixed!
The shop I use, had a call with two technicians at Brakerite who insisted the problem was caused by a bad pump. So a new one was ordered and installed but did not solve the problem. That was two weeks ago. Another conference call with another technician at Brakerite who said the circuit board was bad. A new one was ordered and that did solve the problem. So at the end of the day, I have a brand new EOH system on my trailer after a little over two years of use on the first installation.
Disappointing that the system failed after two years, no warranty BTW. And that there was a lot of inconsistent advise from Brakerite.
The good news is the 'bird will be on the water this weekend after a three week hiatus.

That is good news, but you CANNOT get those units wet. I suspect that's what happened at some point. You may look into relocating the unit up higher and more forward on the trailer. Even if it's 12" from getting wet at the worst boat ramp you use; one 23 year old rich kid numbskull going by in a full tilt loaded wakeboard boat, and your unit is toast again.
