And they, women, tell us this boating chit is stupid money. At least we get something for the money we pizz away. On the transom assemblys, talk to Hyper, I think he changed everything out in favor of the heavier versions. I might be able to hook you up with some Merc HP stuff if you are interested. Might be some new ones up at the marina, we bought two complete packages for a Sonic repower, only used the 525's and the XRs, think the rest is still in the boxes, I'll check if you want. Heavier would be a prudent choice. |
Ray Genick owner of Totaly Unleashed sent me these pictures today. Ray started doing his magic on the motors, things are starting to happen.

You better be bringing home a little crude in your lunch box and cooking it down on the kitchen stove every night. |

I bought a brand new set of 4 blade Bravo 1 / 34 pitch props for my xr's toady I couldn't turn them down $700.00 for both. Well if they don't work you can ship them to me, I'll guarantee you that $.10 on your dollar.:D Maybe even double the offer, just cause it's you. |

You can always count on old Ragged. :D So why don't you just ship them up here, my 5 blade Maximus testing yesterday didn't go so well and I think I'm back on the 4 blade Bravo bandwagon, and some 34s with a good lab job looks like the ticket. So just save yourself all the trouble of trying them and send them puppies on up. BTW forget the rocker plates................see other thread. Big K tabs mounted Flat is the ticket!!! |

That would be a sore dick. A soar dick would be one that is happy to see someone, or anyone, whichever the case may be. This is going downhill fast. Just send me them 34s @ $.20 on the dollar, make that $.50 and you pay the shipping. Deal??? |

I can hook you up with some ointment for that sore dick, or little blue pills to make your dick soar. Your choice, just send the props. :D Herings are good, send them instead, you can have the ointment and the little grow pills. |

I'll be taking you in for your surgery tomorrow. It's going to be OK, I know you will miss me while you are away and I will miss you too. Look at the bright side the wife won't be flipping you off everyday as she pulls out the drive and there will be all sorts of powerboats where you are going. When you come back you will be better than new.

e-mail from Ray,
Here are some photos from today. I have included a photo of the standard Super Cat pistons and a photo of the new pistons to show the compresion ratio difference. The new pistons are from Diamond Pistons and are custom with the same weight and gas ports. I have both the short blocks assembled and I am waiting on the custom ground camshafts. 496's and bravo ones are on the ground.:cool-smiley-027: |

Got back for Derebery's. I meant to take my camera to take some pictures but I forgot it. Leon has his 4000 HP twin turbo engines sitting in the showroom. Talk about some real jewelry.
Going to the powerboat store is as bad as the surgen store. Before I left there today, Leon talked me out of the Gil manifolds and into Cmi dry headers W/ 4.5" tails. Imco helmet and HD Gimbal ring, polished. Twin Weldon Fuel pumps, logs, regulators and filters. Race style motor mounts. Extra tie bar for the drives that saddels over the trim cylinders on the lowers. I asked him why I need it? He replied, " you got two of everything else. See photo, not my boat, but see extra tie bar. I'm keeping a running total on all parts I will post those numbers after the show is over. Like a credits |
Thats a nice clean shop, mine looks like that once a month.:D Those mothers are gonna kick ass. If I could cross the border I'd love to hear those mofos fire up for the first time. I fired up project chopper last night, sounds like a dragster. Sure glad that project is done it was getting a little overwhelming with 3 projects on the go. What is your due date to splash your ride?

The 320 must have scared the chit out of ya a time or two!:hitfan: Ya right, hardly the case. Just grew up and wanted a real boat. Though stuffing the 32 once at eighty did cause me to stop and think for a minute. But I kept it for six years after that. :p You should try it, walking on the dark side has its advantages.:hitfan: |
My 30 gave me so many close calls I lost track .A couple of times I landed so hard , the bolts and or hoses on my trim tabs broke or blew out . Even busted the trim rams a few times . At the end of a poker run my crew was sometimes blistered and brused from the abuse .But was always one of the first ones , even when it was rough .Lots of fun for me , scary for some :cool-smiley-011:

If I lived on a lake or river I would still own it .I raced the boat on and off for over 10 years .D's cousin drove , I throttled .The boat when tucked in ran like a sports car .Great acceleration , super grip in turns . More fun to drive than my present ride in seas up to 5ft . I often think about tring to buy it back !!! What more can I say , I had a love affair with my old 30 and often miss her . It is the type of power I learned to respect quick .That be said , I should be dead . Never had any accidents ,but to many close calls . Have fun be safe :cool-smiley-011:

Was it like this nota1

Thats it, I'm gonna put a full canopy on mine so I can do the same chit!
|
Boats like that go as fast as you as you can control them .Most of the time , it had more power than I could use . Not just along for the ride , it liked to be driven hard . The harder the better !!! :cool-smiley-011:
|
More fun than I can put to words :cool-smiley-011:

No problem guy, we all have our preferences. I always say "If we all liked the same thing there would be A boat, and we would all have one." :D |
