Miller 11-20-2001 10:54 PM

Thunderdan and JASSMAN I am available to manage your projects. I have loads of ideas on options that you could add to your boats. Don't worry, Pat and Steve love the challenges I dream up. They'd love to hear that I'm involved in your brainstorming ideas. Look how thrilled Pat was with the demonstrative story I wrote above! :p ;)

Miller 11-20-2001 10:58 PM

Hey Pat, remember those dozen or so ideas you and I have discussed? Well, to my recollection 5 or 6 are incorporated into your line now, but that leaves another half-dozen ideas. Would you like me to email them to JASSMAN and Thunderdan or would you like me to post them here????

Happy Thanksgiving! ;)

thunderdan 11-20-2001 11:07 PM

Miller,

I am always looking for new ideas, like to keep Steve and Pat on their toes...Hummmm, six or seven ideas not yet incorporated, hummm.... :p

Miller 11-20-2001 11:12 PM

Some of them are (I may modestly say) ingenious, others are a testament to my ability to challenge people and stir up trouble! I'll see if I can find some of the emails detailing the ideas Pat and I have debated. If so, I'll forward you some new thoughts. Just be sure to tell Pat that I helped. I know he'll be thrilled.

thunderdan 11-20-2001 11:19 PM

Miller,

Absolutely, feel free to share any other ideas you may have and I know Pat and Steve will be eternally greatful. I am sure you and I will cross paths and at that time I will by you a drink or two.. :D :D

Miller 11-20-2001 11:26 PM

Well, check your inbox, but be dressed comfortably and prepare yourself to sit for a spell. The email I sent is a bit long.

Miller

P.S. I only drink club soda so I'll be a cheap date! :D

P.P.S. Dan are you coming out with the OSO crew December 12th? I see you live in NJ but am not certain where Medford is. Anyway, Dave Patnaude is organizing a little dinner and a trip to see the Goodwill Ambassadors here in Manhattan on 12/12. You should join us.

thunderdan 11-20-2001 11:43 PM

I did see that, and I am a member of the NJPPC, but I have plans to be in Atlanta for business, but I will be trying to reschedule to make that trip. Lace is one of my favorite materials.. ;) :D

I did check my e-mail and did not get anything, yet, or maybe it is so much it is boggin down my server?

Miller 11-20-2001 11:44 PM

It could clog the server...enjoy.

I also enjoy the respite the Goodwill Ambassadors offer in this city, particularly now with the tragic events that have unfolded.

ActiveThunderTodd 11-21-2001 11:38 AM

You guys crack me up. I'm a much more simple guy. My needs aren't that great at all. Right now all I want is my 3 yr old 325 hr 32' beauty to get the engines freshened and the interior and exterior to look just like new again. Pat? You reading this? Then I'll sell her and get one of those new 42' monsters with all kinds of tricked out do dads and exotic power. Thats if the soon to be dyke ex wife and her snake of an attorney leaves me any money in the settlement.
But then I'm sure Pat will take care of one of his best and favorite customer ;) :D

Jassman 11-21-2001 01:26 PM

Im sorry to hear about that ActiveThunder Todd, I hope things for you will get better, and wish good luck in the future. Again thanks for all your help with Active Thunder, and Sandy and I wish you a happy Turkey Day.
Sincerely Jeff and Sandy Jassby
:)

hp500efi 11-21-2001 03:14 PM

Todd, never met your now x-wife but I must say you certainly have a sweetie now ;). Keep your head up high and keep smiling, that 42 monster is right around the corner.

Me and snaky attorneys do not get along  especially ones that rape the **** out of ya in divorce cases. I have been lucky never been down that path but I have heard horror stories. Kinda like the Feds, the more you got the more they take

Take care and say hi to Tracy.

GO PACKERS

Miller 11-21-2001 06:59 PM

Thunderdan, did you get my email? I didn't feel any backlash from Pat yet, so I'm guessing you didn't get it... :D

Jassman 11-21-2001 10:58 PM

Miller, I busted Steves balls a little today, but Pat had allready filled him in, feel free to share some of your Ideas with me, when you get a chance. Have a good Thanksgiving. Jeff Jassby-Jassman :)

Gordo 11-21-2001 11:33 PM

Sounds like Steve had a busy day... ;)

Miller 11-22-2001 12:06 AM

Gordo, you know me. I like helping Steve and Pat challenge themselves. I'm aware of how much they love challenges... :D

ThunderousDaze 11-22-2001 08:48 AM

Yes everyone, Steve had a very busy day, and thanks to a lot of you guys, I am going to be very busy for quite some time, and thats a good thing! Pat has been listening to every comment, suggestion and has even come up with some really cool ideas himself, and when everyone gets a look at the next 37 that rolls off the line, your jaws are going to hit the ground. We've got a hell of a team in our shop and Active Thunder isn't just another custom boat builder anymore; we are "THE" custom boat builder now! Pat and myself are very excited about all the new things that our customers are going to see and experience, so THANKS to everyone out there who appreciates our hard work and our never-ending efforts to build one hell of nice product!
Happy Thanksgiving!

thunderdan 11-23-2001 12:27 PM

Steve,

All I needed was a little encouragement, thanks Miller. When do you think that that 37 with the new cabin will be rollin off the line? Also what do you think about putting some pics on the website when the cabin plugs are done??? :D :D :p

Consintracy 11-23-2001 12:32 PM

SO Steve,

What would it take to get my sweet little 32' '99 to look like the new '02 coming out?

Jassman thanks for your kind words and Happy Holidays to you and your wife as well.

Hp500, Tracy is a sweety isn't she. I really am much better off now, even if I can't get into the new 42' right now.

Todd

thunderdan 11-23-2001 12:33 PM

Miller,

Looks like I may be making the NYC trip after all. Looks like I was able to push off the ole Atlanta trip. Yeeehaaaaawwwww. Looks like a little of my favorite material for me. :D :D

ActiveThunderTodd 11-23-2001 12:35 PM

OOPPS :o

Last post was really from me not Tracy. Although she'd say I was much better off being with her now, too.

thunderdan 11-23-2001 12:45 PM

Todd,

Hope all is well and you had a nice thanksgiving. And thanks for all your help when I was ordering my boat. I am going down to AT on Tuesday and I can not wait to see your boat up close, I always wanted to see your paint job.

Steve,
Make sure that that 37 is warmed and gased up, we be riding on Tuesday.

ActiveThunder 11-23-2001 08:43 PM

Todd, You've been sitting in that side-by-side bolster a little too long also? Hope people don't talk about that demo tape we made together.....

ActiveThunderTodd 11-23-2001 10:06 PM

Now Pat....I thought that was going to be our little secret. :o :D ;)

ThunderDan...Thanks and have a good time. Make sure you check in on my little baby down there and that Pat is taking good care of her for me...and pat i am talking about the boat. :D BTW PAt we finally got our pics developed from the Key Largo weekend. We have a great pic of you and Diane together...well its a great one of Diane anyways.

Miller 11-23-2001 10:53 PM

Dan, I look forward to meeting with you on the 12th. And, you're welcome for the email. I think that was the short list and that there may be some other ideas floating around here on my machine (I have to write them down lest I forget them) which I'll forward if and when I locate them. I look forward to seeing you implement some of them so I can see what their realities are.

Don't worry Pat, I didn't forward any of the really tough ideas to him, yet! :D By the way, I did get your email and I'll have some thoughts for you this weekend. I was away for the holiday and just got back.

Happy Belated Thanksgiving everyone.

thunderdan 11-25-2001 04:42 PM

Todd,

I sure will check on her for you. Now I know why Pat and Steve were so supportive when I wanted a side entry cabin with side by side bolsters. ;) :D

Miller,

Look forward to meeting you as well. I e-mailed a abbreviated list to Steve and Pat on some of your ideas as well as expanded on a few others. Man are they gonna love me. :D

Miller 11-25-2001 06:12 PM

Dan, I guess I'll keep a low profile tomorrow as I'm sure Pat will be looking to air his views on my "helpfulness". :D And, Jassman just sent me an email saying he's asking for a few more ideas to be added to his boat as well. I'm glad I was able to be helpful... ;)

thunderdan 11-25-2001 07:33 PM

Miller,

Maybe a good idea to lay low for a bit, I figured I will pepper them with the smaller stuff, then hit them with the list that you and I developed yesterday, you know the one that you have not even shown Pat yet. :p :D

Miller 11-25-2001 08:33 PM

Yeah, I hear you Dan. I just bought some sandbags, though, just in case Pat decides to come visit...

thunderdan 11-25-2001 11:48 PM

Paul,
I am going down to visit on Tuesday and Wend so you have a few days to build your bunker. :D

Jassman 11-26-2001 06:45 PM

Hey Miller, Thanks again, I talked with Pat briefly and he mention something about a Baha, like no trades, I didnt know what he was talking about, but anyways thanks again. :D

Jassman 11-26-2001 07:33 PM

Hey H20 Warrior, sorry to hear about your grandmother, maybe a new boat could possibly cheer you up, good luck to you guys and have a nice christmas. ;)

h2owarrior 11-26-2001 07:42 PM

I have my trip to Ft.Lauderdale set up for Thursday this week. Thunderdan, I am going to miss you by a day. Based on the posts between you Jassman and Miller, I really wanted to meet you. If we do end up buying the AT, I would like to meet all you guy's, maybe an AT poker run through the Keys  Okay, forget the cards, just a run through the Keys :D

Thunderdan, please leave something for me. If your to hard on Steve and Pat, there won't be anything left for me. :(

I'll let you all know how it turns out, stay tuned ;)

thunderdan 11-26-2001 09:47 PM

H20,

Mine is a done deal, anything I work out will benefit everyone. :D :D Just kiddin Pat and Steve. They are really some great people to work with. I will be warming up the demo 37 for you on Wends and according to Steve it is some decent water, some big stuff, to test the 37 in. It is a shame that we are missing eachother. That thunder run sounds great, now all you gotta do is make the right decesion :p :p , and I will see ya in that Thunder Run. Take care and have a great flight and a great time.]]Dan

Miller 11-27-2001 12:02 PM

I didn't know Pat had a 37 AVH demo. I was waiting for him to tell me when he'd have one ready so I could take a spin and compare it to the other boats I've ridden. Oh well, I'll have to call him and schedule my own ride. I'm sure he's looking forward to hearing from me!

Have fun Dan and tell us all about it.

Wild 11-27-2001 12:32 PM

When and where is the thunder run. 411 please

Miller 11-27-2001 02:08 PM

Randy, I think if you re-read H2O's post you'll realize that the "Thunder Run" is hypothetical. H2O stated that, if he buys an Active Thunder, it would be fun to plan a poker run for Active Thunder owners (including Jassman and Thunderdan who've ordered new boats), to the Keys sometime next year after he takes delivery, if, he does buy an AT and not a Sonic. I'm sure that any run will be well publicized and you'll get the 411.

h2owarrior 11-27-2001 07:42 PM

Randy Wild and Miller, sorry to be thick (I am new to this) what is a 411 ? I do not think you mean April 11th

Miller 11-27-2001 07:47 PM

411 as in information. It comes from dialing 411 for information.
