I know the hull and deck are bonded together. No rubrail looks slick, but you have to be extra careful. Great thread with pics about what many (myself included) consider to be the best Offshore Powerboat, a McManus built Apache!
I appreciate the pics and any info about this latest Apache. It is very interesting.

Looks like a huge pile of bondo! :D Come on! We are nearing 2010 (okay......we are at 2008). The technology should be HUGE!!!!!!! Otherwise, don't bother to introduce a "new boat" to the offshore family!! We're not in the 80's anymore!!!!!

Little to much to drink at the Christmas party there Nort? :Whatever::Whatever:

LOL, Yea Mark should do it like Cigarette, that technology power house. When Cigarette builds a 50 they cut a 46 in half and add a section. Wow, thats some "modern" year 2000 technology.

There are some of us that enjoy this forum. A new Apache is exciting to us and to see it being built is extra special. If you're gonna be a smartass or dumbass , then do it somewhere else.

Triple Teague 1200's and #6 drives.

sunchaser796 08-29-2008 06:36 PM

No thats not a winsheild. Its a fairing that was built-in after the boat was built. Customers idea. But still looks good and the speed is up there..:cool-smiley-027:

Comanche3Six 08-29-2008 06:39 PM

I like that customers idea!
What was the speed with the padded keel?
