First off i don't own an Apache but have lusted after them. Even gave " Predator " some serious thought about 4 years ago when it was on the market. So here is my $ 02.
I don't think this boat should be called a "fake" Apache. It was based on the Apache hull that was LEASED according to Jay13. That means it is NOT a splash but actually used the hull design because they properly leased and paid for the mold usage. It is not called an Apache, but a Legend. I think the exhaust treatment they have on the transom is very unique and innovative along with the rigging in the boat. The builder put some real thought into this and frankly some of the top builders/riggers today can learn something from this boat. I saw it idle past me on LOTO in 2007 and it is a neat boat.

A manufacturer must build numerous offshore powerboats for years; Sea Tested under many different conditions & applications by racers and pleasureboat owners alike to really make a statement about build quality. To again quote El Indio "You Will Never Hurt That Boat At Loto"
No notch transom, 6's on extension boxes. Looks like it runs well in the first video.
