Like I stated before I was mistaken but that is the decal that I was talking about...I watched Eric and Sean put it on.

I thought Mc Manus built Comanche Powerboats from the Apache molds right under the Feds Noses?

I feel your pain! And as long as Thad is in the buying mood, look at what I have behind door #2

If I am not mistaken, wasn't Warrior and their respective officers and employee's selling product with the Apache name and logo? And, if Mr. Froberg and Mr. Stinson placed that decal on Mr. Allen's personal boat, isn't that an indication of what was being sold to him? And the bigger question is, why would anyone, pay $500,000 for Warrior, a no-name, poorly operated business? And speaking of Boat Shows, was the booth promoting Warrior or Apache? It is easy to see who was promoting what to Mr. Allen!
ok,so where does mcmanus fit into this picture?

Moment of Truth

You know what I don't get after reading your load of BS. How has Mark McManus "harmed" Mr Allen ????? What did Mark McManus ever promote to Mr Allen ??? You talk about boat shows, you talk about Mr Allens personal boat, you talk about how Mr Allen the poor clueless victim was wronged. Again, How was Mark McManus involved with this ?????????? He wasn't. Mark McManus has never talked to Thad Allen.

Also, I know it probably never occurred to the rocket scientists at Apache LLC(soon to have a new name)that its over. It might take a few years, but the chances of Apache LLC winning this lawsuit against Mark McManus are almost nil. I know it and you know it too. No amount of BS is going to win this case for them. Anybody with even a mild clue of trademark law can see it. This isn't a divorce court.

In the mean time, nobodys going to buy boats from this company anyways. All the Apache diehards are incredibly loyal. All of Bob Saccenti's customers will continue to buy boats from him and all of Mark McManus's customers will continue to purchase boats from him. The rest of the offshore boaters out there are alot more sophisticated than Apache LLC gives them credit for. Do you really think that John Q public will see the Apache LLC name(soon to be changed) and not see the bunch of posers this company represents ????? If it ain't built by Mark McManus or Bob Saccenti, it ain't an Apache. Period, end of story.
