I guess I could have phrased my comment better. Considering that the above article serves the general public as a press release, and not everyone who buys a boat is part of the "Apache gossip pool" (It does keep us entertained). I would say that the hopes for the article would have been to give a brief history lesson and build nostalgia.
What I got from reading it, is that someone thought they purchased a brand name and is now in litigation. In the meantime he has 12 people working a trade that he admittedly knows nothing about. But, considering his business background, he will make it work...or, maybe not, and has a plan B.
The article instills little, to no confidence in the company. And raised questions about its future. I would not feel confident putting a deposit down on a boat after reading it. But I do wish Thad luck. I hate to see anyone fold.

Steve, do you still work there? If so, share your thoughts. To me it sounds like the molds are complete, which means a boat could hit the water within 60 days.

Logo or no logo, this could be the biggest anticipation ever for a new model to come out.

Remember "New Coke"? Was it the most brilliant marketing concept ever created or was someone being a complete moron? You decide.

Ron the Molds are finished we had a separate contractor for laying them up to save time with a new Building system I was more concerned with the Plugs.

The new Boats will have a Epoxy layup scheduled to start soon as the molds are buffed out..

It is the original 41 Warpath but digitally straight and sweet. no changes !!

Thanks and my appologies! I thought I was starting a new THREAD! Instead I hit REPLY! Call me DUMBASS!

If the molds were just finished and no boats have been laid up yet, what are these engines http://www.apacheusa.com/newconstruc...=7&limit=1&L=1 for?

That series of pictures have been on the Apacheusa.com website for at least a couple of months. What did they go into if not a new boat (of whatever name)?
