There is a flip side to this :Theoretically speaking here only; What happens to you if you sell something you do not own ??

I'm still confused on the status of a boat.

What is the difference between a Warpath T-4 and the 'new, improved Apache 41' that we've been hearing about for over a year. Finally, when will either boat be completed and shown to the public? Or, are there no plans to start building boats until after the name and rights dispute is resolved?

Thanks.

So, Let me get this straight. They hire you, you put your house up for sale and move to Florida, leave your wife and family behind to sell the house and head south to work. They chit can you two weeks later, make you wait to get paid and your gonna tell us that you are not allowed to speak about the stuff!!!! WTF

I say screw that Martha Fokker, let's hear the dirt!!! You owe them nothing, they certainly weren't loyal to you!!

Whew, I feel better!!

We've mixed it up a few times in the past about the "new" and "old" Apaches, but I've got to say that I have a new appreciation for the position you were in, and are in now.

Sounds like a raw deal.

I have to agree with Carl re: your new, mellow-style. It's great!

Good luck to you.

The new 41 deck has sharp sweet crisp 2005 lines to it.Done by Mr Steve Wilson and setup for and around one of MY building systems; not to be tried by amateurs.
