Thanks Steve 1. But, I'm still confused. What is the Warpath T-4? How is that different than the 'new 41' that has been talked about? Lastly, what do you "they were intended"? Are they no longer going in that boat? Is the T-4 finished?

Thanks for clarifying.

The T-4 has a very sophisticated safety first vented bottom..

The Mold is straight Vee bottom (very straight)

Not really depends on what you KNOW and how well you read it.. Best Regards
Good Morning Steve

Good Point, it really does depend on what you know when deciding if the article backfired. After reading the article using what I KNOW allow me to make a few observations.

1. Thad contacted the Palm Beach Post in order to get them to do a news story about his new boat company. The reporter, to her credit, researched the trademark and found out that, surprise, the trademark is owned by Mark McManus Inc. The story that was posted is the best explanation of the true story in the media to date. Did it backfire on Thad ????? Well, there was a picture of Mark McManus standing in front of Apache Heritage(a boat he built) on the FRONT PAGE of the Palm Beach Post. It backfired at best, its a total marketing disaster at worst. You decide.

2. "Allen claims he owns the true trademark, and says McManus acquired it illegally and hasn't used the Apache name for years" Wrong and wrong. Thad is going to march into Federal Court and tell a Federal Judge that Mark McManus bought the trademark from the Federal Government illegally ??????? Nice conspiricy theory, lol. The great mysteries of our age: was there a second shooter on the grassy knoll in Dallas and did Mark Mcmanus lead a conspiricy to buy the Apache trademark from the government. Hopefully the History channel will answer these questions soon. Also, Mark McManus has consistantly used the Apache name throughout the years. How do I know this ?????? I've been a customer for 16 years and continue to visit the factory every year. Yep, Thads claim really sets the record straight.

3. " "I'm almost starting to regret getting into this" said Allen" " He ain't the only one. A solid statement about the future of the company. Would really help me decide to go with this company.

4. If Thad Allen owns the "True" trademark, then why did he attempt to buy it from Mark McManus. Once you own something why buy it from somebody else ???? Must be the business strategy I'm not familiar with.

I know you just build em Steve, but you said you "KNOW" stuff.

Please respond if you would like to share what you "KNOW"

Carl
