Thanks Steve. In your opinion, will the T-4, vented bottom 41 be finished? If so, when will it be?

Also, when will a new, 41, conventional bottom be finished? A lot of the negativity and conjecture could evaporate if/when any new boat is released from this company, regardless of the name on the side.

Agreed Steve, thats twice in one week we agree on something , but Mark M did nothing wrong and doesn't deserve this lawsuit.

Thad has some legitimate claims, but they aren't against Mark M or Bob Saccenti. There were other people invovled in this mess....................

I agree that this whole thing is a mess. But, Mark M has done nothing wrong. If money changed hands when Thad bought what he thought was the Apache trademark then somebody should be held accountable. That somebody should not be Mark Mcmanus. He bought the trademark legally from the government and I am sure his lawyers have all the documentation proving that. It was over 5 years ,I think, after Mark left working for the Government that he bought the trademark.

I have no problem with Thad or his company except for the fact he is suing Mark M for a problem Mark had nothing to do with creating.

Welcome to OSO.
You have got to be one of Thad's dozen lawyers. Raising doubt about everyone except Thad the innocent. Thad the victim.
Already your trying to discredit McManus, a boatbuilder with an impeccable reputation. You sound sorry about it...a nice touch. A guess that's what 3 million will buy. Silver tongued scumbags in suits.

I thought Bobby split with Krammer and started a differnt Apache. Isn't that what Thad bought?

Why hasn't this ben moved to the Apache forum?

If Thad decides to sue that Ben, he'll have to move into the prison forum.
