Nice work and thanks for sharing it with everyone.
With the Dana headers I noticed the 'Captain Call' plumbing is removed. Can you install these headers and keep the 'Captain Call' option? And what did you have to do, if anything to seal up that portion of the exhaust system that is no longer in use?

Thanks for the info guys. The complete 1.50 SC is ordered. I decided to go with the -2 which is more common, without prop restrictions, and I believe it should work well with my boat without risk of issues (hopefully).
I have read the Wild Card threads with interest. Very interesting and an awesome boat for sure.
The Dana exhaust will work with captains call. My boat had uncommonly tall risers and I would have to install spacers from Dana. For now I have decided to go without captains call. I went to my local Lowes and bought some rubber plumbing caps to seal the lower Y pipes. They are a tight fit, but so far no leaks and they only need to last this summer.

I installed the dana's on my boat and yes you can keep the captains call option intact, dana sells spacers that will line up the risors with the captains call setup, buth they are like 500 extra! So I also did away with the captains call.

The spacers would only be required if you have the 10 3/4" tall risers from Merc. The standard 8 3/4" tall risers do not require the spacers.
When the boat is equipped with the taller risers, the Captains Call system is built taller to align with the taller risers. If your boat has the 8 3/4"normal riser, they use a normal height Captains Call which will align with our risers.

Now with that being said, where/how does one measure the riser height? Where is point A and point B for measurement on the headers?
