I have a 95 24 outlaw with 454 mag efi 385hp. I never had it on GPS or radar, but I would say 64 mph sounds about right. My speedo read as high as 69 at times, but I know that is not accurate. I have since rebuilt my motor to add extra hp (around 450) and believe I'm doing around 68-69. Speedo reads over 73.

Several of my friends have 25 O/L's
with 385's, 23p props, good day's, 65 gps,
62 range would be average for these.

remember, speeds will depend on air temp, wind speed, water conditions, also if you are in fresh water are salt water

I had a 24 outlaw with a 592, with headers, K&N, az speed ecu, best of 66.4 gps

That speed sounds just about right to me.

I have a 99 252 boss, with a 454 mag (385) it will gps 62-63. once got 64.
