I know Don at Triad personally, (I own a small marine repair and upholstery shop in Phx.) and I know he will take the high road. Let me just say, that Don has had a constant battle with suppliers to keep his product lines, and to actually sell them when he has to abide by MAP pricing and Fred has never had too.

Not to mention the fact that Fred always has his band of a$$ sucks on this site chearleading for him.

You know, the ones that weren't machined properly, I'm still waiting for the replacement set you promised to overnight so I can send the bad ones back...............Ah nevermind, I went and had new ends machined for them so they would work, but thanks for following through. So, I am curious, why did you order form Fred?? You say Don from Triad is a friend. Why did you not order from him?? I am not bashing just curious.

Also, the band of, as you call them, "a$$ sucks"!! I suppose I would fit that category. I supported Fred. I was given good service. I was not a "mega" purchaser by any means. Probably around $2500.00. I had no issues whatsoever. I posted one post when someone was inquiring of Tricks customer service. It was not on a thread where he was being "prosecuted". Some have posted very derogatory comments on the members that supported Fred. If I was a "cheerleader" then so be it. I stand by what service was given me. Does this make his most recent actions plausible??? Absolutely NOT. It does not make those who gave him accolades "a$$ sucks" though.

Again, no bash, I just believe some need to tone it down a little on throwing others under the"bus".

Well Greg, I wouldn't say I had everything, but I sure did lose what I had. Katrina took everything but my morals. I was broke and had nothing to my name, but still didn't resort to deceit and theft. I just did what I do best...work my a$$ off. I now have my own business and a new to me house with everything in it. Heath you unfortunately lost most all of your credibility with your last (deleted) post. With that one you did sound like a disgruntled employee with an agenda. You could have done the same search that I did (took about 2 min) to confirm the story.

AS THE STARTER OF THIS THREAD I WOULD RATHER THAT IT NOT BE CLOSED.

PLEASE ONLY POST IF YOU HAVE NEW INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DEALINGS WITH TRICK OR YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION (WERE SUCCESSFULL IN GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK), OR QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

IF YOU CAN NOT FALLOW THESE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS I WILL ASK STEVE TO CLOSE THE THREAD.

just posted a link to what I saw...didn't make any assumptions...just what I saw....not a disgruntled employee at all..fred and cynthia did do some very nice things for me while I worked there but some of the facts did need to be heard...I tried to contact fred before making my first post and got a very rude response from him...that is when I decided people really needed to know what was going on.
