Delphi used to own us. GM took us back. There are 5 buildings on the property. GM took back all but one. They didn't want bldg 6 back. Delphi still runs bldg 6 only...and they are now non-union. Anybody can get let go at anytime, or get their pay reduced over there. They already make way less money per hour than we do. The word over in our bldgs is that Delphi won't be there much longer. The UAW doesn't want a small non-union group on a union site.

GM and the UAW are finalizing a new contract as we speak. Looks like everything will be peachy for a few more years at least.

Still BEWARE OF these people @ CASTLE MARINE. They said they sent a check theyed owed me on or around Sept. 12th. Well guess what its Oct. 14 and no check, this is how shady buisnesses work. Castle Marine is a joke.

If your that upset over replacing a few boat parts , this might not be the hobby for you . I can tell you they all break , even the new ones . Be glad if your boat works today , that could change in the blnk of an eye . Just cause it's running now , dosen't mean it will tomorrow . Don't see how any of your problems could have been detected in advance . If it ran good at the sea trial , than it is a problem for the new owner to deal with . The better dealers may offer to assist as a nice gesture , but it's not an oblgation . I think in part your expectation when buying a used boat my be unrealistic . Hope you enjoy her now that the bugs seem to be worked out .
