not gonna buy heads to go on a cast 330 bottom end. He has a 425 hp 454 ho bought from another member that he was going to sell since this one was supposedly the same just fresh with no hours

First I would say that before I called someone out I would make sure I knew without a doubt that he was cheated. Once that has been confirmed then call him out. It will be way better for everyone involved if attornies dont have to get involved to reach an acceptable agreement but if you cant then consider that route too.

Major bummer for buyer. I know hes trying to build on a budget & wasnt expecting this....
Unfortunately if seller wont cooperate theres not too many options. Its a cheapo motor so getting a lawyer will just make the hole deeper, cant do small claims due to the distance.
Take it across the chin & blacken the sellers eye in return with a name.
Already said ill hook up buyer with all my old stuff when hes building.

Yeah that's pretty much all there is to this, it's gonna be a take it on the chin for the buyer, seller is prob laughing but name is gonna come out soon. 88bullet already found the thread
