not gonna buy heads to go on a cast 330 bottom end. He has a 425 hp 454 ho bought from another member that he was going to sell since this one was supposedly the same just fresh with no hours

what do you suggest for that ? how would you consider being "without a doubt cheated" ? heads are def not fresh gues the pan has to be pulled now

Unfortunately if seller wont cooperate theres not too many options. Its a cheapo motor so getting a lawyer will just make the hole deeper, cant do small claims due to the distance.

Take it across the chin & blacken the sellers eye in return with a name.

Already said ill hook up buyer with all my old stuff when hes building.

Im not a mechanic so i would have to ask others and go on their word about what i got. Also, did he get a smokin deal? Ie a fair price for a 330 hp motor? How was it advertised(meaning where did he get the info as to it being fresh)? HWat was meant by fresh and how was that spelled out?

Im just asking these questions becasue once you call him out others may hammer you if answers cant be provided.
