the boat in my avitar has always been a SBC boat...the owner was toying with making it into a BBC boat but the boat is perfectly ballanced right now it would be a crime to change it!! So a set of 383ci 500HP are on the drawing boards right now...probably wont be actually doing it till next winter though but he is thinking about it. Right now with a very tired set of 400hp engines she hits about 67/68mph on her best days here on lake Michigan...he has kissed 70mph in the ocean before...if he gets a solid 75mph he will be happy in the end

Any idea where RonS's old 28' Cig is today? I remember when he was selling it. I thought he traded it in somewhere? Looked like a fun boat that was done up right with the power and boxes.

you can still buy a pantera new, not a 28cig.
there are 28 cigs out there in great condition, but 75 is asking alot w/o strong bbc's.
