The boat has not had any drive issues. Drive oil has been changed regularly. If your quick with the sticks and dont do too many hole shots, the drives are reliable. Not sure on the refresh schedule on the 600s. I'm sure someone more knowledgable on the issue will chime in.

I thought Vinny told me he had his mechanic go through the drives.......maybe he just meant he changed drive oil.

Omerta one,

I don't know if you remember this, but I looked at your 38 ZR earlier this year at Pier 57. I loved the boat, but decided against it because of the lack of head room in the cabin. Can you comment on the head room difference between the ZR and your new TG? Thanks

Omerta one,

Can you comment on cabin size? Thanks!

I looked at the ZRs for a while, and sat in several ZR cabins, but ended up buying a 38 TG. There is a lot more head room all the way through the cabin in the Cig. Especially near the cabin door and the V-berth. My head touched the top of the cabin in the ZR, and I'm only 5' 9". Its not even close in the TG. The same with the v-berth. In the ZR I felt like my shoulders would almost hit if I rolled over. In the TG there's tons of room. I'm not bad mouthing the Donzi's, I used to have a ZX and I liked it a lot. The cabin is low in the ZR because its a flat deck boat.

All BS aside is a TS cig really fun to romp and run and play in like a stright bottom , or just good in a stright line like a cat. I am thinking about a TS but haven't spent much time in one and the owner was afraid of it. Any help on twin steps will be appreciated. Thanks

I am 6-1 and can sit upright in the cabin without my head touching the ceiling; could not do that in the Donzi.
