Jawbreaker, loved your boat! And nice! Ya Brett's was an awesome
Place to stay, pretty, central to everything.

And if I'm not mistaken, the marina only took like 1000 or 2000 sight unseen. Again, take that up with the marina how does that effect me. I just bought it. But hey, I've been saying that for 5 months now

What happened to the guy you had it sold to for 60,000 from day1? Not bustin, just asking.... You swore up and down it was a done deal.

315duramax 08-25-2014 09:15 AM

Never had it sold for 60.. Had a guy who has been a mowing client for years and a great family friend. Talked to him about buildings for rent and long story short said he was very interested in the boat and was texting me up and down wanting pics and price and when it'll be ready. Told me to tell him as soon as it's done, Once it was done I told him to come check it out and he asked how fast It goes and i told him from the beginning what it
Would run and I guess he forgot and said he wants to
Go faster and guess he just bought a 32 fountain while I was In loto.

Just keep doing what you`re doing man, don`t worry about the rest. Boat looks great, the paint job is unique and you can tell what boat it is from a mile away.
Raw footage but you`re in there at the beginning

Well I can say this much - if I showed up at a poker run there wouldn't be a single person who knew me or my boat, Phil shows up and everyone knows the boat and the man in it. My 02- GENIUS - this thread blew him up you couldn't bye this type of advertisement without breaking the bank !!

Great job Phil - boat looks great !

MMB and Smokin gun . Although I might see your frustration in the way the boat was acquired but it is not the purchasers business ethics or morals that should be debated , I am assuming that he did not buy the boat at gun point and I get the sense that the original deposit was nominal not substantial as in your example and I not sure there was even a contract drawn up, and I trust it was returned to the original purchaser. So if you have an issue with anyone here I think the vendor in this case is at fault not the purchaser. 315 made the vendor an offer , it was up to the vendor to say no thank you I have a deposit in hand . Remember a conditional offer is just that conditional , as I said earlier the vendor should have given the original purchaser the option at least to firm up his offer .
Just my 2 cents.
RG.

I think the paint is good and tasteful, if you did the interior more simple and old school it would have been better, do cabin also, them do gauges and a nice stereo then you have a 35,000.00 cafe from the market I see and know... If you put 540's in it then 40,000 maybe that's just the market no bashing....
