Although I might see your frustration in the way the boat was acquired but it is not the purchasers business ethics or morals that should be debated , I am assuming that he did not buy the boat at gun point and I get the sense that the original deposit was nominal not substantial as in your example and I not sure there was even a contract drawn up, and I trust it was returned to the original purchaser. So if you have an issue with anyone here I think the vendor in this case is at fault not the purchaser. 315 made the vendor an offer , it was up to the vendor to say no thank you I have a deposit in hand . Remember a conditional offer is just that conditional , as I said earlier the vendor should have given the original purchaser the option at least to firm up his offer .

I think the paint is good and tasteful, if you did the interior more simple and old school it would have been better, do cabin also, them do gauges and a nice stereo then you have a 35,000.00 cafe from the market I see and know... If you put 540's in it then 40,000 maybe that's just the market no bashing....
