I have my old MK cams that I just swapped out. Maybe they will fit without additional changes? Your heads are bigger though, not sure if that would help or hurt, but they made good power in my application.

A quick thought/idea. ... put a stopper behind the sticks to keep them from going to the dash where u seam to like to keep them all the time. Lol might get you through the summer.

I would park it and take a summer off if it is to that point in your life. It ain't going to hell sitting . Can't imagine having having all that money and time into some motors and running them on a wing and a prayer and know there is most likely going to be an inevitable failure.


What is the difference in the timing sets that they are not interchangeable with different cams
