Whats the plan for the back half was the orginal swim platform a bolt on to the transom why the big cutouts in the sides. Just very curious I would like I said before I would love to do this to a 282 Cobalt.

The Swim platform was a bolt on section. The large holes in the side are a result of cutting out the rear seat and engine hatch area. If you look in other pictures I made Mockup Starboard covers for each side. This concept will be used when we create the new side panels that will be covered in vinyl and have cup holders, speakers, access to batteries and battery switches, ect.

I wish I had more news on this build. Here is how it sits now. Hard top is at paint, and the boat is waiting for the interior shop. They were backed up about 2 months. Hopefully in the next week ot two I will be able to deliver it to them.

I wish! There is a long delay at the Interior shop. They scheduled too many jobs at one time and had a few people leave the company. They finally started working on this right before the 4th of July. The dash is complete, the side panels show the colors/ stitching, and the side panels are next. I have been told it should be done by Mid August.
