3M 5200 worked for me and did not effect the mirrored underside coating. Started with a special plastic mirror adhesive and it did not hold well under heat and stress.

There are different types. I went with acryclic mirror. Plenty of colors to choose from too!

I used 1/4-20 Stainless button head allen bolts to attach my pieces.

The 3m 5200 or otherwise the urethane inshields are installed with would work fine. Most now a days require a primer you apply where the urethane is applied. You just use a swab type deal that comes witht he primer. Be sure and use the primer for good adheasion. Personally I would mark the area well where the mirror is to be placed and outline it lightly. About every 8 to 12" or so squirt out about a ping pong ball size of urethane. Press lightly to some what firm evenly throughout. Tap the edges and let sit over night. If your hatch cover is off you need not tape.

Not sure about a 4x8 sheet but I purchased 2 pieces 24"x40"x1/4" thick. It ran me about $130.

It does suck that they dont have prices on their website but I purchase supplies from them for my business so I usually just drop them an email or phone call. I dont believe they are open on weekends so you should here something Monday.

I attached mine with 3m emblem adhesive 2 sided tape. It has held for 12 years of rough water. Prepping the surface with 3m adhesion promoter will make it even stronger.

I used stainless steel screws and finishing stainless steel washers on my 36 outlaw and they worked great. That way if i needed to remove sun pad it would be easy to remove mirror plex.Good luck
