Mine are heavy. Sonic700's are not as heavy, and much nicer. But since I was flipping the bill on mine, we went the cheap route. lol, I think i have about 350 bucks total in mine.

Guess I shouldn't worry much about weight. I added 2 trannies, 3's and rear plates, but removed a wet stringer and 800' of wire

Mild has 800s and IVs in a fountain. I have 800s 3As and super chillers. Didn't slow us down. Just don't put in as much gas and you will make up the weight. Lol

I need some intake grates along those lines, where do you get them MT? They look very nice.

Thanks BT. We had them cut on a water jet machine. My BFF sonic700 and I came up with the idea , and he brought the idea to his guy with the water jet . They were made from 1/8th aluminum, and I polished them myself.

I always wondered what a race hatch would look like on a Hawk 40.

Mine had the original sunpad with wrap around , no scoops. Man was it comfy . Everyone loved laying on mine and having the headrest.

Yep, a few people on the board have slept right between the scoops of mine lol. Damn! Just realized my cover isn't going to fit anymore!
