so you are saying somone rigged a fuel line next to the drive line? the drive line is not really near the fuel inlet of the engines so sounds like poor rigging if true.

Thanks, Gerry that's a great help that's what I was looking for, I have some ZOK and was wanting to do a full clean like you have documented rather than just the spray bar clean.
The strange thing is mine has taps fitted to the bleed valve actuator but using these will keep the bleed valve open rather than closed allowing all the cleaning fluid to run out of the engine.

My thoughts were the same as yours that pressure is needed to keep these closed to keep everything in the motor.

lost throttle on starboard
cable melted
lost steering on rudder. Loose -6
possible water spraying on hydraulic lines
Causing the loose fitting.. gotta regroup on those lines.
engines are running around 1250 f
Which is a little hot but better.
overall it was good run!
32x 16.8 forged herrings 1.25 ratio
i ran the smallest pitch i had just too see if eng temps ran cooler.

How the boat feel going from #6s to a rudder? steering better or worse.
Props certainly look about the right height, do you think she is any faster based on past percentage on 6#s
