and at 450 it should be able to keep it pretty ' turn key go' and a easy target and with a built motor should strip some weight off the back end of the boat - especially if its an ls. its not like im shooting for triple digits or anything, just that extra bit,

Many People spend 10-20k on stereo systems around here, and more in paint and graphics on their engines than you will on the build.....so don't sweat it.

LOl. Just being devils advocate to all the stock motor lovers.

As you can see, there are many different groups of thought around here.

get a bravo 1. it will get you close to 5 mph. settle for that.

if I really start to run fast I will do a x1 for sure, for now ill keep the b3, if it breaks I know I pushed it to far haha seems like people can get them to mid 60's without to many issues

70's in that 21' with only 400CI is easy.. Drop a stock LMM Duramax in that puppy and change your drive gearing.

While I can guarantee you mid 70's, that drive probably ain't gonna like it.

It has nothing to do with the Bravo3 breaking. I has to do with a Bravo3 not being meant for higher speeds and causing too much drag.
