Welp we got the drive back..threw it on yesterday. Went for a rip...initially all seemed ok.
The beginning of the day consisted of small 5-10 minute runs with periods of no wakezone. At each no wake we checked the reservoir. everything was good.
we opted to go for a longer ocean run, 30 minutes. Upon getting to destination oil was at the fill line. Thought no issues, probably worked out some air bubbles. Filled it to mid point. Considered this to be normal.
ran the 30 mins home checked resevoir at next no wakezone, oil was almost overflowing out of the bottle. Not sure why the oil is fluctuating all over the place. Never had this issue in the past. The port reservoir hasn’t moved an inch.
After 5 minutes of no wake, the oil dropped back down to mid point again. To me there still seems to be a problem with the drive. Not sure what to do at this point.

They had a tornado pass through George's town a while back and since then his internet and phone service have been unreliable. He's working on a drive for my brother-in-law and for some reason he can't reach him by phone so he calls me to call him and give him an update.

quick update...
drive went back to AADS. They tore it down again, and still can’t find an issue. They will be replacing gears and other parts.
I did filter the oil, didn’t see anything out of the ordinary.
wondering if I should send oil out for analysis.
