As Chuck mentioned, should we start a new thread? What day would everyone be looking for? Saturday? Sunday? Should we call Dock of the Bay?
I went to the Sassafras on Saturday, rafted with a couple boats, about 1/2 mile from the Granary, nice smooth water, clean, beautiful river to cruise also, but a little longer run fro boats from the south. Food at the Granary was great also.

Our plans are open for Labor Day weekend, and we're always looking for new places to go (besides Lloyd's Creek and Fairlee/Jellyfish). Hart-Miller/Dock of the Bay sounds good to me. I vote for Saturday, September 2 to kick off the weekend.

Called Dock/Bay, said to call tomorrow and asked for Kelly, she's the day manager. I'll post after I here something. Here is a link to their website, I've been there once before, nice place. Certainly looks like they can handle a group, both inside and out, along with docking as insptech said.

Spoke with Kelly at Dock of the Bay this afternoon. Asked if they could host a Formula gathering (unofficial) for between 6 and 15 boats, 2 or 4 persons each. She said that they could fit somewhere around 20 boats tops, and thats if there aren't any other people there. Would not make a committment to make it an exclusive thing.
Told her we would just order from the menu. She said either herself or Jeff Williams would call back.
Any comments or suggestions?

Number of boats will not be an issue-1/2 of our raft at Dock of the Bay
