My first one had 500's with no boxes. The one I have now has 525's with boxes. exactly what Robert said, not a big difference, but they do look nice!!

I'm not sure but I think if you add Stellings boxes you would want to add some kind of cushion, drivesaver? My 382 has boxes and it is hard on drives. The driveline bolts directly to the crank. The merc drive coupler is not used. If you are doing a new setup I think it would be easy to do. Then also there is the issue of me flying the boat and not coming off the throttles far enough. I have been told the cushion issue is real though??..

Why don't you buy my 382, it goes 80 with 6 people in it. I bought it new from Robert . 525's with boxes and CMI dash muffs. I'm in Lighthouse Point up the road from you.

Thats an easy question. Because I can't afford too! LOL. Nice boat, wish I could afford a boat with 525's........ May be someday.
