"BUTTWADS", Pretty much covers it in my book. This whole deal had pretty much settled down till they went and fired it all up again. Some just are not smart enough to let the sleeping dog lie. |

How could it settle down? You both still claim to have the faster boat? You have the whole OSO nation in town the weekend of the 9th and 10th to view this spectacle. You've been burning gas up there since April tweakin' and I really don't believe you or Axa needs financial backing for this. Bird set good rules, one way to singer, one pace boat to get you going, the rest of us at singer watching the finish. Put up or shut up :food-smiley-007:

Pete,
Why do you take this so personally ...... You can dish it out but you can't take it ...... What's up with that. Everyone is giving you the opportunity to officially end this "whose faster than who" ...... All you are doing is giving a guy like me more fuel to bust your balls with your comments. I couldn't care less who is faster ..... This is all in Bust'in each other's balls here. You just make it easier when get so wound up over this. I think it might even make your boat go faster with you so wound up. :p All in all we are all looking forward to getting up to the river and having a blast with you and Axa and the rest of the "slower boats" aka wannabes as you put it. Side bar, does it matter which boat I run if I put up $1000.00 for you to match? You surely don't expect me to bring a knife to a gun fight do you ..... Jeff |

Alright Buttwads, you've pushed this chit too far. I started the rerig with quad 300 Merc Verados this afternoon and should be ready for the "Big Spectale" next weekend. I have a guy working on the butt cam install tomorow AM, and BBlades is cranking out some lab props. I figure after the "Big Spectale" it will be the ultimate Pondezvous Machine. Don't be telling me that I ain't got my chit together. :p
Working on the name.............."License To Chit", "Turd Bird", "Chittin' The Most", "Got Da Chits" or "Steppin' In Chit". Go to www.namemynewchit.com and cast your vote, my sticker guy is waiting. |

Or are we looking for a wing man to drive it down from the bay??:drink: We could put it in that big A-bay boat parade..The the coast guard will have a reason for shutting it down then.... |

No need to tow it to save on gas, Merc says the Verados save 22% over all other outboards out there. With 4 of them on her she'll be saving a total of 88%. And you guys think I'm fn' stupid. P.S. You vote yet??? |

I can see I haven't missed much in the last couple weeks whilst I been working on the Corolla, the house, and the trailer...
some poor boating weather... and the same old, same old BBS that never goes anywhere- if it did somebody would be first! these guys make it easy to get a feel for Bill Murray's role in "Groundhog Day" :evilb: |
Worked for me!!! :evilb:

To all of you that were there, great first weekend in the bay. (need to see the pics from Joey's) To those of you coming up next weekend, be prepared to par - tay:evilb: Hopefully the formula across from me will be cleaned up by next weekend, must be the woman is taking away from his anal cleaning regimen. Thing looks like a spider chit festival convened there.
|
On an equipment note, I installed a recall button this weekend. It's connected to nothing and is totally useless but felt it was mandatory equipment in the boathouse after hanging out with Pete and Axa.

It's good to see you and Kitty back in the shack. It is a sad state, the spiders don't even pay attention to those "Please do not Chit" stickers on the twin dock boxes. Mick seemed to make himself right at home inspite of the state of disarray. BTW did he pass the little birdie yet, I swear I saw him farting feathers at one point this afternoon. |

Damn thing is probably embarassed to actually remember the number, Axas went thru that earlier in the season as well. On a brighter note Axa went out for a little ride this afternoon and came back all puffed up and feeling wonderful. Seems he put a a$$ whoopin' on a Baja (a pre-Fountain Baja mind you). I missed it as I managed to get myself into an oil filter removal mission on Premos Sea Ray, which led to the entire oil change deal. But I have a promise of Burbon shots and homemade southern Pecan Pie next weekend, not a bad deal in my book. He was applying a coat of speed wax late today, no doubt in preparation for next weekend ;) and I caught him cheating . It seems he's come up with a new program of taking weight out of the boat. I don't really understand completly, but it has something to do with a strange method of coring his deck to make it lighter. I did figure out your dock line problem, smart little chit that I am. Your pals at Formula installed the little line chock doohickies on the bow a$$backwards and on the wrong side, thus causing you to experience premature line chafing. Those boats must be assembled by some real low IQ folks. Fountain boy can have you fixed up in no time, just bring cash. :D You can likely submit my bill to Formula under the "We cover all the stupid chit we do Warranty" as well as the new dock line cost. And don't forget folding money for the "Event". |

At least My boat left the boathouse a few times this weekend.

Unlike the “Fountain, New for 2006” no cabin Power/light option or the sun pad re-upholstery program. I’m figuring that getting the material to actually stay on may stop the parachute effect and add a mile an hour or so….
:food-smiley-007: Dave When are you going up to the Bay Axa? We'll be there Friday morning. |
For those of you who witnessed Mich's boathouse antics yesterday, the vet said just add metamucil to his food so he can pass the feathers easier, f'in dog:eek:

Dave Not what he told me the weekend before when they were in the boathouse. But you shouldn't be picking on the poor Quebeckers anyways. The oil change actually took less than an hour, it's all the talking that stretches it out. What can I say, every time I open the hatch on those motors it draws the lookers. |

When are you going up to the Bay Axa? We'll be there Friday morning. I had Larry the canvas guy do some work on the headrest part of the pad. Didn't like the way it looked so I had him tear it apart to redo it with an xtra thin foam overlay. A few of the glue joints had come loose so he decided to redo all of them. So I'm anal about little chit, may have him overlay the rest of the thing as well, it just looks better to me. Not a BFD . Then the breaker switch for the cabin power took a chit, again not a BFD, power to the cabin is not a performance diminishing deal so if I can't get one in a couple days I promise not to offer it up as an excuse for the "Big Event". Plus my "12 Volt Guy" says it could be bypassed with no issues. BTW, thanks for the help 12V. We will likely be there on thursday evening. Samantha has friday off, and I hopefuly will need to change props out. |

Don't blame the poor dog, he probably thought it would taste just like chicken. Just be sure he is all cleaned out by the weekend, Rip is cleaning up and we don't need Mich trashing it, with all the company comming we'll need the extra space. :ernaehrung004: |

Dave / aka 12V "Guy" I'm going to call ECFC Bob after lunch to see if they have one on the shelf, if not I'll call down to Regie Land and have one sent. I can always tag the wires together if I can't get one by the weekend, or use the flashlight. Crafty enough response for you??? |
