Get others together and file a class action lawsuit. If Formula was smart they would make this go away. Your blogs will hurt their business and is.
Sometimes they need to man up and make it right.. Fight the fight... Will cost you but it's a principle thing too.
I would think there is a major safety issue too.

Never intended to sue. These are good boats and this is a fairly easy fix. We just want owners to be aware of the issue. A failure at high speed could be tragic. this is a fyi thread. None of us have ever thought of selling.

Number one indicator is a loose rub rail from the center of the boat forward. If this is loose, give the hull a solid push with your hand a few inches below the loose rail. If the hull flexes in ANY you should pull the rail and look further. When they are intact the hull will not flex at this point. It is solid. Pulling the rail is pretty easy. There are screws and every 18" 1/4 20 bolt and nut. The bolt and nut are screwed through a small square plate on the inside. The speaker covers in the cabin come down with two screws and allow you access to almost all the nuts. A few are a strech but do able. When the rail is really loose as a result of a seam failure most of the 1/4 20 bolts will be sheared off. Thats when the fun starts to chase these out so the new ones can be installed in the same plate. This is not a end of the world fix and no paint work is required if you are careful.

If Plexas might be the issue, Then I would wonder about the Fiberglass Matrix stringer system that is heald in place with Plexas. Has anyone checked out this? Just wondering since I have been looking at used and new 400SS.

We found in all 5 boats that there did not seem to be enough plex applied at the hull deck seam. Anywhere i have seen the bond, at least on my boat, on the inner liner the plex is oozing out of each location. I am sure the process of installation of the liner is if anything over plexed.

I want to bring this thread forward. It has come to my attention there are a few east coast boats getting ready to do this fix. Thanks FYI I have 190 hrs of high speed running with my 700 NXT's.on both coasts. Hull deck is solid after repairs
