I am not looking for a 382, so I won't spend the time speculating.
My point is that if the boat is in excellent condition compared to one newer, isn't it worth more? If it has been cared for properly and well maintained, isn't it worth more? Do upgrades count? Depending on what has been done, the answer is both yes and no.
Each boat, in my opinion, should be valued INDIVIDUALLY. I have not, and do not plan to inspect this boat, therefore I am not qualified to price it or comment on if it is overpriced.
I believe that is the point others are trying to make in this post.

To bad its not a cig with this care and options it would go for 125000 ...............I would think here on the formula forum you guys would boost the value of your boats not kill it ,just saying

A 38 twin step (2000/2001) was listed at 85k and it sold in a couple days.
