Anyone change Lens on Bomar hatch - mine is cracked

Your best solution is to replace the hatch if you can not mechanically fasten the old handle onto the new plexiglass. It is going to be difficult to bond to the plexiglass permanently. Epoxy will not work. Cyanoacrylates will not work for long. You might call Plexus Adhesives for some advice.

I had to glue the handle back on my hatch a couple years ago. I used SCIGRIP 16 10315 Acrylic Cement, Low-VOC, Medium bodied Clear.

I used Loctite Plastic bond when I got the boat. Took a lot of work to remove it, the factory weld took almost a flick of a finger in comparison to remove. If I need a mech attachment later, so be it. Going with the Loctite again.
