Default Dashboard whine

Sometimes its loud, sometimes it's not so loud. It occurrs above 40 mph, and gets progressively louder. (29' 2001 Fever)

Possibly unrelated.. I'm getting a sizable "bubble" at the top of the speedo. (it's an inch across and extends about 1/4 inch from the top of the gauge.

Is there a way to add oil to get rid of the bubble?

yes you can add fluid, but you should not eliminate it completly, it is to allow for expansion and contraction if the fluid because of temperature

The whine in the dashboard was coming from a remote stereo control which was installed above the row of switches. I don't know why a remote control would whine (its a sony). I have to kill power to the cabin to get rid of it. Turning off the stereo doesn't help.

No this wasn't factory installed. Was a capacitor left out of this circuit?
