No Sir, I am not. RF charged for replacing my broken port XR and replaced it with an early 1990's Bravo 1. Worked all of 2014 what little I used it and broke about 4 weeks ago. I just thought wow must be a little too much engine for XR's. Dropped boat off at local shop and received call next day with horrible news that I no longer have an XR on port side, that it had been replaced with junk Bravo 1. I have hired a lawyer and have also got my insurance company involved. I will not only not take anything of mine for repairs to his shop or where he works ever again, but plan on making it personal goal of mine to make sure thousands of boaters know this story.

I have the broken XR housing he left me come home with after he did work and I have the Bravo 1 housing at my home I just replaced with a new XR. Like I keep saying externally they look the same but it's when you get inside you see where Bravo 1 is just made of cast where XR's are cased with metal for more strength and the gear sets are way more bulky and nicer with XR than the junk Bravo stuff. There was no doubt it would break with my boat having 700's in it.

You state "replacement", could you clarify what that means?
