This run sounds great. I'm in but need to know some more. I'll be towing from NW NJ, probably about a 3 hour ride to the launch site. If everyone's planning on leaving at 8:30am I'll probably opt to tow down on Friday night. Is there a place (Hotel) I could stay overnight? If so give me their number. I'm reachable at [email protected]. I'll be bringing my 2003 Fountain 27 Fever, with family.
So far this sounds great.

Hey Pat,we as a group can set you up with a hotel, and waterfront parking!!! either at my house or i'm quite sure nolimits will do the same for you, just look at a map and follow rt 109 to the end in Babylon and thats where we are!!!! I offered the same thing when we had superfest, for superboats and who ever showed up,so let us know!! There is also another big ramp and state park out east in Oakdale and there are some better hotels than in babylon cause the airport is there and they are nice. Let us know Tripps

Hey Pat, Welcome!!
Gferdon (Gary) is researching and will provide Hotel names and numbers once he is through doing the leg work. We are meeting at 8:30 AM, but more importantly there is a drivers meeting scheduled for the 14th at the Sonoma Grill - 7:30 PM. THe purpose is to discuss predicted conditions, review the route, discuss fueling and firm up the times and meeting places.
Getting here the night before would be optimal and if you can, recommended.
If you PM me with your info (numbers and email address) I can keep you very much up to date.

Pat,
Welcome to the run! I am in process of getting hotels that are close and offer decent rooms and ample parking for your rig...should have something very soon and will pass it on. Also, I work in Teterboro NJ, and commute back and forth on a regular basis. I have also towed my boats thru the Bronx on many occasions and will point out the problems with that issue as run time draws near. It is basically a matter of timing...more on that later. I will be meeting and coordinating all the people towing in to Heckshire State Park, again, I will provide as much info as I can with regard to costs, directions, best local gas stations to fuel up (but I would recommend you fuel in NJ - about .30 cents per gal less!) and the like. Looking forward to meeting you and the family...how many are you bringing?
