Mark, I picked up the vest that was floating, the vest your brother had on was on the swim platform of the Docs boat or the boat Bob was standing on. It was fully inflated, I noticed that right away, so was the one in the water. His vest was a rather green looking one. The others were blue. I am sure you can find Bob and he will be happy to talk with you, I am sure it will help him with clousure on the tragedy. If you are ever in the Holland area call me, I am 1/4 mile from the ramp and I will be happy to take you out for some more time with your brother, even if it is an anual thing, just call. 616-886-0077.

Mark, we are very sorry for your loss and our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.
In answer to one of your questions, Ruthless is a buddy's boat and it is not currently set up to record video. The cameras feed though the on-board GPS video screen.

Mark, very sorry to hear about your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We were the first boat there besides the three other boats running with your brother and Bob.I wll call tonight when I get off work. But I also want to say thank you for your thread.
While you posted it to get some info and maybe some help understanding... I want you to know that it will also help the brothers of OSO who really needed someone close to your brother to be able to express their support and sympathy to.
You may not have been thinking of that... but we are a family of boaters.
We share your loss more than you might ordinarily think.
Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to share our feelings with you.
