He was right, Ben Kramer is the wrong guy to f#%k with.

Tank all I am saying is he (Don) was far from an angel and I am sure that there were a LOT of people that were plenty happy to see him dead.

There was Ben Kramer for not giving him his money back on a business deal.

I am sure that all the buyers of Cig and other companies that he sold later to find him working loopeholes in contracts and putting them out of business. Was this illegal? No but does it make him a target? Hell ya it does.

There are the dealers that know that he is building them boats and then building the enforcement boats. Playing both sides of that fence is always dangerous.

There are countless guys that went in to buy boats just to have their wives azz in the air on his desk whil you get the "tour"

The detective that investigated the case says it was Kramer.

I have not researched this enough to know for sure. I did not sit in on any of the trials or anything like that. I think it is kind of convenient the way that it went down. I think Kramer is were he belongs.....

I hear ya John, and I agree with your points. Just don’t think its right of him being compared to the person that had him killed is all.

And if you ever get a chance to watch the video of the detective that conducted the murder investigation, it's pretty convincing. Go buy or rent (or I think you can watch it on OSO) City Confidential from A&E on the topic. Very interesting viewing, especially the wiretaps of Kramer in prison. Basically admits it over the phone
