Yup! Or wrong power valves...

Like I said, I'm making 830 hp and I've idled for 30 minutes thru canals, back to the docks, in and out of gear etc.... never a problem..

I have had over 700 inch N/A motors that were far less reliable then my current 1471 blown 632,s. So keep the ci under 700 and the boost reasonable and you get the best of both worlds. One last thing keep the carbs Fuel Injection is the only way to go.
